A staged home sells faster and for more money.  When a buyer is looking at homes the decision to make an offer is an emotional one.  Emotions start to form about a home from the moment they see it on the internet, and become stronger as they become more familiar with the home through actually visiting it  There are many ways that emotions start to play a part now, a relationship so-to-speak.  When a home is staged it is just as it sounds, a stage.  This stage offers just enough suggestion for the potential buyers to write their own story in, it is my job to make sure that the story they are writing as they walk through your home is one that they want to live in.
